They know their craft inside out and work tirelessly to get you in front of amazing storms AND create the opportunities for you to make gorgeous images. They pay particular attention to finding great compositional elements, helping with specialized camera settings whilst always looking out for your safety and wellbeing. Extreme Photo Workshops is something spectacular. Everything is calculated to the minute so that we can be in the best position to photograph. Tim and Lauren, in addition to knowing the places where storms occur, tried their best to ensure we had an excellent experience. Good hotels, good restaurants (when possible), the SUV is super comfortable for long journeys. I returned safely.

Wow, just wow. Tim, Lauren and the team made this such an amazing experience. From massive supercells, epic dust storms and the most intense lightning I have ever seen, it was a week to remember. Spending a week with a group of such like minded enthusiasts was really enjoyable as everyone had the same drive and passion to experience the best of Mother Nature. Tim and Lauren have successfully taken a bucket list dream of mine and cemented it into a life long passion. This wont be the last time chasing and I wouldn't hesitate to go again with Extreme Photo Workshops!

Tim, Lauren and their crew are "storm whisperers". They can find that awesome storm yet not take unnecessary risks. This was my first storm chase and I felt welcomed and supported as I learned about storms and storm photography.

Tim's knowledge of storms and chasing them is very impressive, plus he has all the tools needed at his fingertips. When there's a storm cell with potential, he'll get you to it. When there's the potential for storm-related photography, he'll get you to it even when most other storm chasers throw in the towel and turn in for the night. And regardless of what the workshop is up to he always puts safety first.

Tim, Lauren, and team are passionate about storm chasing and getting to the right place for viewing extreme weather while staying safe. They understand weather tracking and anticipating where to find storms. They're also a delight to travel with on the back roads of Tornado Alley. After my first trip with Extreme Photo Workshops, I'm hooked.
